Cedara Lesion Contouring™ is toolkit designed to streamline the isolation of lesions in CT, MR, MG and Ultrasound images. Cedara Lesion Contouring reduces the tedious and time-consuming task of contouring to a few simple steps.
Everyone knows that in the real world, time is money. Finding and working with lesions in an image can be time consuming steps in the image analysis process. Cedara Lesion Contouring gives that time back to the user, by outlining lesions and propagating them through a series with just a few simple clicks.
Cedara Lesion Contouring works behind the scenes to identify the lesions. It can be used with simple 2D images, or with a complete MPR (multi-planar) application.
Cedara Lesion Contouring is packaged as an application library without any user interface, allowing you to create your own interface that fits with your product and workflow.
A lesion can be identified with one or two clicks; Cedara Lesion Contouring then automatically outlines the entire boundary.
Cedara Lesion Contouring supports very effective editing tools. Your user can move any point of the contour and the library will adjust the contour to the anatomy; or, the user can push (in or out) any region of the contour using a sizable brush.
Cedara Lesion Contouring is very fast, allowing your application to interactively respond to the user as the contour is created and updated.
Cedara Lesion Contouring, in simple 2D images, can automatically propagate the lesion contour to all other images in the series. In MPR applications, the user can create the contour on any orthogonal projection of the series; Cedara Lesion Contouring will then propagate the contour to all the images in the source series. |
